Final touch® TONIC, a mannoprotein innovation that contributes to retaining the aromatic vitality of white and rosé wines

 

Most white and rosé wines suffer continuous loss of varietal aromas and fermentation esters as they age. This loss is due to slow oxidation of aromatic compounds and may be accompanied by a color change.

Final touch TONIC is the new selected mannoprotein-based solution launched by Oenobrands. This product is extracted from a specific strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to protect the aromatic freshness of white and rosé wines.

Final touch TONIC noticeably enhances the organoleptic qualities of white and rosé wines, while also preventing premature ageing of their aromas. Over time, wines treated with Final touch TONIC are fresher, have greater aromatic intensity and a punchier taste.

A small dose between 20 to 50 ml/hl of Final touch TONIC will provide its positive effects, with its addition immediately before bottling.
