Fermicru® Rosé 

Fermicru® ROSÉ produces wines presenting notes of red fruit, white flesh fruit and caramel, with a remarkable mouthfeel. Fermicru® Rosé can be added in pre-ferment skin contact or after direct press. The yeast gives the best expression of the “fruity rosé wine” profile for turbidity levels between 50 and 100 NTU and for temperatures between 14 and 18°C.
